Readings of Voltmeter will be 3V as voltage remains same in Parallel Combination.

Now eq. Resistance,
   \:  \:  \: \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \frac{1}{R} =  \frac{1}{r1} +  \frac{1}{r2} \\  =  > \frac{1}{R} =   \frac{1}{3} +  \frac{1}{2} \\  =  >    \frac{1}{R} =   \frac{2 + 3}{6} =  \frac{5}{6}  \\  =  > R =  \frac{6}{5}ohm.

V = IR
=>I = V/R
=>I = 3 × 5/6=15/6A=5/2A.

Readings of Ammeter = 5/2A.
