Total resistance of the circuit-

\frac{1}{R_p} = \frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{10}

=> \frac{1}{R_p} = \frac{1+2}{10}

=> \frac{1}{R_p} = \frac{3}{10}

=> R_p = \frac{10}{3} ohm

R_s = 7+\frac{10}{3}

=> R_s = \frac{31}{3} ohm

Current through whole circuit =

I = \frac{V}{R}

I = \frac{6}{\frac{31}{3}}

I = \frac{18}{31}
