Median is given by the x-coordinate of the point (n/2) in less than ogive.

• In an ogive given data is plotted on X axis.

• Cumulative frequency is plotted on Y axis.

• So, less than ogive gives median value as X coordinate for corresponding Cumulative frequency i.e. n/2 .
