Median= value of (n+1)/2 th observation

Median = value of ( 155+1)/2 th observation


Median = value of 156/2( 78) th observation



Median = value of 78 th observation.


Corresponding value of 78 th  observation of cumulative frequency in xi is 30.



Hence, the Median is 30





The mode of the given data is 30 as it has the maximum frequency , i.e. 31
