For the system to have unique solutions, the lines represented by this system should not be parallel (⇒ they should be intersecting)

So, slopes should not be equal

⇒ Since slopes of lines are -2/3 and k/6; k can be any value other than -4

a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2 put the value and solve it . 2/k is not equal to 3/6
