H2 + Cl2 =  2 HCl

V      1 V         2 V

 71g HCl is obtained from = 22.4 l of cl2

1g HCl is obtained from =22.4/71

 3.65g HCl is obtained from =  22.4 × 3.65 /71

 =  1.15 L of CL2

Hope this helps!
