Explanation:

Given :

x/2-x/3=8

To Find :-

Value of x

 \bold{=  >  \frac{x}{2}  -  \frac{x}{3}  = 8}

=>L.C.M of 2 and 3 is 6

 \bold{=  >  \frac{3x - 2x}{6}  = 8}

 \bold{=  >  \frac{x}{6}  = 8}

Now cross multiply with both sides:-

 \bold{=  > x = 8 \times 6  = 48}

\huge\bold{\boxed{\purple{x = 48}}}

\huge\mathbb{Check:-}

\bold{ \frac{48}{2}  -  \frac{48}{3}}

 \bold{=  > 24 - 16}

\bold{8 = 8}

Here ,we L.H.S =R.H.S

Therefore,x=48 is correct
