it has been a year. still Gabriel did not lose his hope. he believed that one day his master would come back.
he had no body in this entire world but his master. he loved him with his heart and soul. but one day his master had bid him goodbye and had boarded a train from platform no one and had gone. his master never explained why he had left him. Gabriel also did not ask. every time a train came in platform no one he searched frantically among the passengers. but there was no sight of his master.he never went home and did not sleep well at night. he feared that if he slept his master would come but he will be sleeping so he will again go away. he made a bench in platform no one his home.
people came and went. but not his master. people now knew Gabriel but they did not know why he stayed on the platform. they thought he was some mad poor man. some pitied his sorry conditions while some ignored. some of the people who pitied him gave him some biscuits or fruits. Gabriel lived on those. one busy morning the people noticed that Gabriel's body was as stiff as possible.his eyes were closed. his body was cold and the little colour in his body was also fading. he wasn't breathing.
