So, from  the question we get that the reaction will be A+B -> C+ D. If we take the concentration of the C to be x hence, the concentration of the D will also be x. Now, if we let the initial concentration to be a. Hence, at the time t=0, the reactant will be 0 and 0. At time t, the product will be x and x while the reactant will be (a-x) and (a-x).

So, we know that Kc= [product]/[reactant] or 9 = x^2/(a-x)^2 which on solving we will get that 3a-3x=x or the value of the x will be 3/4a or 0.75a. Hence, the initial concentration of C will be 0.75.
