From the question,

2x *9 = 3y*7=constant

18*x=21*y

let x = (1/18) then y must be (1/21)

hence, x =(a/18) and y =(a/21)

where a = positive or negative integer.

Solution :-

From the question,

2x × 9 = 3y× 7=constant

X= 18 and y = 21

x -y = 3

Let

x <9 and y <7

The possible integer are
(3,0) (4,1) (5,2) (6,3) (7,4) (8,5)
