We know, ratio of sine of incidence to sine of refraction gives refractive index. Increase in refractive index will increase the range of bending. In this case, angle of incidence is same in all cases, therefore angle of refraction will maximum in 'c'. So, it has less refractive index and hence light suffers less bending, which increases its speed.
