By snell's law we know that ,
angle of incidence / angle of refraction=refractive index
alo, speed of light/ speed in second medium=refractive index
so, angle of incidence/ angle of refraction= speed of light/ speed in second medium
Now, we are given that angle of incidence is same and speed of light is same.
now, 1/angle of refraction =1/ speed in second medium
so, angle of incidence is proportional to speed in second medium
Thus , third medium i.e C will have maximim velocity of light.
