SNELL'S LAW   n= sin i / sin r

n= c/v          v  = velocity of light in vacuum/air

sin i/ sin r =c/v

Therefore v is directly proportional to sin r

So for  velocity of light be maximum sin r must be maximum.

ANSWER IS REFRACTION = 45 Degrees
