For the school's sports day, a group of students prepared 12 1/2 litres of lemonade. At the end of the day they had 2 5/8 litres left over. How many litres of lemonade were sold?​

Left lemonade=1 5/8= 13/8L

Sold=x

x=5/2-13/8

Take LCM of 2 and 8= 8

5/2=20/8

20/8-13/8
