Uniform Electric Field - Field whose magnitude and direction remains constant.
There is a property of electric field line which states that for finding the direction of electric field at any point on electric field line draw tangent at that point.
Now observe the given field lines carefully, u will find that at every point tangent's slope is changing and hence the direction of electric field.
since the direction of given field is variable hence it is non uniform field.

There is little difference between the uniform and non-uniform field lines.
- In uniform field lines, the magnitude and direction are in same phase which means that they don't change with change of direction.
- It is only valid in straight lines.
- But for the system which is changing at every point like circle here the concept of the non-uniform field lines came.
- In both are not in the same phase, forming tangential form.
