Area visible around the pole  = 40801.16 m2

Step-by-step explanation:

The beam of light will make a shape of a cone.

Height of the cone = 15 m

sight line = 113 m = 113 m

By pythagoras theorem, radius of the cone = root of (15² + 113²) = root of (12769 + 225) = root of 12994

Area visible around the pole  = πr2 = 22/7 * 12994 = 40801.16 m2

I suspect that there is some error in the numbers or units mentioned in the question. But this is the concept. You can use the same formula to obtain answer for a different dimension.
