For two different resistors that are connected in parallel, select the words in the appropriate order that will make the following statement correct: “The current through the two resistors is ____________ and the voltage drop across each resistor is __________.”

1 Different, the same
2 Similar, the same
3 The same, different
4 Incorrect, positive

I don't need an answer but it won't let me correct another answer. The answer is: 1

In parallel circuit, the resistors starts from same point (same potential) and ends at the same point (same potential). Hence, the potential difference across the two resistors will be same and will be equal to the difference of the two potentials (starting point and ending point).

In parallel circuit, the current has two paths through which it can go. Hence, the more current will go through that resistor which offers less resistance. Hence, the current is different in the two resistors.
