For two vectors
a and b, if
R vector = a vector + b vector , and
S vector = a vector -b vector , If 2R = S when R is
perpendicular to a , then -

A) a/b= m/n
B) a/b= n/m
c) \:  \: \frac{a}{b }  =  \frac{m + n}{m - n}   \:  \:  \\  \ \: d) \:  \frac{a}{b }  =  \frac{m  -  n}{m  +  n}   \:  \:

Answer:

r = a+b

s = a-b

2r=s

2a + 2b = a - b

2a - a = -b - 2b

a = -3b

a/b = -3/1
