for two wires of same length and different radii ,does the resistance of wire change?Give reasons

Yes, Resistance is inversely proportional to the area of cross section of the wire. We know that area=πr². Therefore we can also state that resistance is inversely proportional to radius.

The resistance of a wire changes with the change in radius because a larger(i.e bigger radii) wire has bigger passage for transfer of electrons, thus making it easier for electrons to move around with a comparatively lesser resistance as compared to a wire having smaller radii.
