f = 9/5c +32

so as per question

c = 5f

f = c/5

putting value of f in equation

c/5 = 9/5c +32

c (1/5 - 9/5) = 32

-8c =32

c = 32/-8= -4

so at -4 degree celsius is 5 times of

fahrenheit
