The tehsildar has advised Ramlal that being a representative of the govt. he must send his daughters to school. Ramkali's wife denies as no daughter would be send to school otherwise no one will marry them.Bholi was send to school because their was a little chance of her marriage as due to her ugly face and lack of sense.
