For relations R: A -> B to be a function the following 2 conditions should be satisfied .....
1) every member of set A should have one and only 1 image from set b under function f
2) Each pre-image from Set A should have 1 image at least
Thus, we can obtain the value of 'c' gor function f: A --> B
Here c = 1,3,4, etc
So, you could take any value other than 2, 12, -1, 0
