Answer

2x + ky = 6 ⇒2x + ky - 6 = 0

4x + 6y = 0 ⇒4x + 6y + 0 = 0

 ⇒ \frac{a_{1}}{a_{2}} ≠ \frac{b_{1}}{b_{2}}

 ⇒ \frac{2}{4} ≠ \frac{k}{6}

 ⇒k≠ \frac{2 \times 6}{4}  = k≠3
