a2=6,b2=-12,c2=9

for infinitely solution

a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2
b1/b2=-4/-12, 1/3
c1/c2=3/9, 1/3
a1/a2=k/6

k/6=1/3=1/3
on comparing
k. 1

6. 3

On multiplication
3k=6
lk=2l
