For what value of k, the number -4 is a zero of the polynomial x^2-x-(2k+2). Also find the other zero.

substitute  x =  - 4,  we get    16  + 4 - (2k +2) = 0

20 = 2k + 2,  so  k = 9

other zero  is  x = 5
