2x+ky+14=0

⇒ a₁ = 1 , b₁ = 2 , c₁ = 7

   a₂ = 2 , b₂= k , c₂ = 14

COINCIDENT LINES OR SOLUTION : a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ = c₁/c₂

1/2 = 2/k = 7/14

∴ 1/2 = 2/k

so, k = 4
