a1/a2≠b1/b2
2/2k≠-1/7
2k≠14
k≠14/2
k≠7

2kx+7y-5-0____________________(2)
for unique solution a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2
2/2k is not equal to 1/7
14 is not equal to2k
k is not equal to 7
hence k may satisfy any value except 7
