easy answer is 2

because.........

3x+ky=9

6x+4y=18

if we want infinite values for two equations they have to be in same ratio

look at the coefficient of two X

3 & 6 and constant terms are 9 & 18

so for infinite value coefficient of y are k&4 so easily k is 2
