Explanation:- As we know that for no Solutions a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ ≠ c₁/c₂

general form of linear equation is ax + by + c

we have given equation ⟹3x + y - 3 = 0

Where , a₁= 3 b₁ = 1 and c₁ = -3

And , 6x + ky - 8 =0

a₂ = 6 , b₂ = k and c₂ = -8

3/6= 1/k

k = 2 [∵a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ ≠ c₁/c₂ ]

for k = 2 the pair of linear equation doen't have solution.
