Hey mate!

let \: p(x) =   - {x}^{3} +x + 3k  \\ x + 5 = 0 \\ x =  -  \: 5 \\ putting \: the \: value \: of \: x =  - 5 \\ p( - 5) = ( { - 5}^{3} ) \:  + ( - 5) + 3k \\ p( - 5) =  - 125 - 5 + 3k = 0 \:  \:  \: (for \: finding \: k) \\ p( - 5) =  - 130 + 3k = 0 \\ p( - 5) = 3k = 130 \\ k =  \frac{130}{3}  \\ k = 43.33

hope it helps you
