we get

a1=3 a2=2

b1=-m b2=-6

we get

a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

substitute given values in it

we get

3/2=-m/-6=6/4

ie 3/2=m/6=6/4

considering now only

3/2=m/6

ie 18=2m

so m=9

hence value of k is 9
