For the 1st series, a= 1, d= 6

Hence, an = 1+(n-1).6 = 6n-5

For the 2nd series, a= 100, d= -5

Hence, an= 100+(n-1)(-5) = 105-5n

ATQ, 6n-5 = 105-5n

=> n= 10

Hence, 10 term of the AP are same.
