Let a be the first term of an A.P.=2p+1
second term=a2=13.
third term =5p-3
d=common difference
a2-a =a3-a2=common difference
13 -(2p+1) =5p-3 - 13
13-2p-1 = 5p -16
16 + 13 -1 =5p+2p
29-1=7p
28=7p
p=28/7
p = 4
