Hey mate! Thanks for asking your question,

Given, -4 is a zero of p(x)
Where p(x) = [tex] x^2 - 2x - 2p + 3[\tex]

Thus according to the question;

=> p(-4) = 0

=> [tex] 2(-4)^2 - 2(-4) - 2p + 3 = 0[/text]

=> 2(16) + 8 - 2p + 3 = 0

=> 32 + 11 - 2p = 0

=> 2p = 43

=> p = 43/2

I hope it helps you! #thanks
