now take 3x + 2y = 7 and (p+q)x +2py= 28 as a1x+ +b1y =c1 and a2x +b2y= c2

a2 =p+q b2= 2p c2 = 28

c1 / c2 = 7/28 =1/4

so a1 /a2= 1/4

3/p+q =1/4 cross multiple
