Answer:
acc to ques
the equation have infinitey many solution this happen when
a1/ a2 = b1/b2= c1/c2
now take 3x + 2y = 7 and (p+q)x +2py= 28 as a1x+ +b1y =c1 and a2x +b2y= c2
so we have a1= 3 b=1 2 c=1 7
a2 =p+q b2= 2p c2 = 28
c1 / c2 = 7/28 =1/4
so a1 /a2= 1/4
3/p+q =1/4 cross multiple
3×4=p+q
12 = p+q
b1/b2 = c1/ c2
2/2p= 1/4 cross mutiple
2×4 = 2p
12 = 2p
12/2 =p
6=p
now put 6= p in 12=p+q
12=6+q
12-6= q
6=q
