for unique solution, we have a1/a2≠b1/b2
here, a1=2,a2=p, b1=3,b2=-6
therefore,
2/p≠3/-6
= 3p≠-6×2
=p≠-12/3
p=-4

??? P cannot be -4.

Has a unique solution? Intersect at one point?
