4

a2-a1=a3-a2.

4p+3-(3p+2)=6p-1-(4p+3)

4p+3-3p-2=6p-1-4p-3

p+1=2p-4

1+4=2p-p

5=p

Since the numbers 3p+2, 4p+3 and 6p-1 are in AP...

therefore,

(4p+3) - (3p+2) = (6p-1) - (4p+3)

4p + 3 - 3p - 2 = 6p - 1 - 4p - 3

p + 1 = 2p - 4

p - 2p = -4 - 1

-p = -5

\boxed{p = 5}
