For Equal roots must be Discriminant =)0

According to the Question;

4x²+PX+3=0

Discriminant=0

b²-4ac=0

Substitute the value of Required terms;

(p)²-4.4.3=0

p²-36=0

p²=36
p=√36

p=±6
