Solution:-

We have,

                 BAD = 60°

                 C = 45°

To find, Value of x.

We know for a pair of parallel lines, their alternate interior angles are equal.

Here, Let AB and CD are two parallel lines, and AD is a transversal,

So, D = 60°                      

Now, by angle sum property,

⇒∠D + ∠C + x = 180°

⇒60° + 45° + x = 180°

⇒ x = 75°

So, for x = 75°, The two lines will be parallel.
