3x-(a+1)y-2b+1=0
5x+(1-2a)y-3b=0

a1=3,b1=-(a+1),c1=-2b+1
a2=5,b2=(1-2a),c2=-3b

a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

3/5=-a-1/1-2a=-2b+1/-3b
3/5=-a-1/1-2a
3-6a=-5a-5
a=8
a1/a2=c1/c2
3/5=-2b+1/-3b
-9b=-10b+5
10b-9b=5
b=5
a=8
