Comparing it with ax2 +bc +c=0 we get,
a=k, b= 3 and c=k-3
∆ = b2- 4ac
= (3)2- 4×3×k×3
= 9 - 36k
k = 36 - 9
k. = 27
And
Comparing it with ax2 +bc + c = 0 We get,
a = 12, b= k and c = -k
∆ = b2 - 4ac
= (k)2 - 4× 12×k
= k - 48k
k = 48k
k2 = 48
