If this equation have infinite no. of solution,then

a/a2=b/b2=C/c2

k/12=3/k=k-3/k

k*k=12*3

k=6

*****

A1 = K , A2 = 12 , B1 = 3 , B2 = K , C1 = - (K - 3) , C2 = - K

Since, the equations has infinitely many solutions, therefore

A1 / A2 = B1 / B2 = C1 / C2

K / 12 = 3 / K = - (K - 3) / - K

Taking second and third equalities,

3 = K - 3

K = 6
