Given polynomial is

 {x}^{2}  + 11x + k

and also given that zero is (-3)

By substituting the value in x terms , we get

 {-3}^{2}  + (11 \times -3) + k = 0

9 - 33 + k = 0

-24 + k = 0

k =  24
