Answer:
Syed Mir Nisar Ali (27 January 1782 – 19 November 1831), better known as Titumir (Bengali: তিতুমীর), was a Bengali Muslim freedom fighter who led a campaign against the British rule in India during the 19th century. He eventually built a large bamboo fort (Basher Kella in Bengali) in the village of Narikelberia, which passed onto Bengali folk legend. After the storming of the fort by British soldiers, Titumir died of his wounds on 19 November 1831.[2]
