Here, Infinitely many solutions means

i,e., a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2

The Equation in form ax + by + c = 0 which is

2x - 7y - 3 = 0 and 4x + ky - 6 = 0

a1 = 2, a2 = 4, b1 = -7, b2 = k, c1 = -3, c2 = -6

∵ a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2

=> 2/4 = -7/k = -3/-6

=> 2k = -28

=> k = -14.
