DonDj: Then whats correct
DonDj: ok
DonDj: Hey the parallel lines dont have any solution
DonDj: Then how its possible
DonDj: Maybe ur correct
TanishaDM: it is value of k...
TanishaDM: this will give u the 2 equations
TanishaDM: which will be used to plot the points on the graph
TanishaDM: the points when joined will be parallel
TanishaDM: no solution means that there would be no contact/common point between the two lines

For no solution,
 \frac{ a_{1} }{ a_{2} } = \frac{ b_{1} }{ b_{2} } \neq \frac{ c_{1} }{ c_{2} }
 \frac{k}{12} = \frac{3}{k} \neq \frac{k-3}{k}
Considering,
 \frac{k}{12} = \frac{3}{k}
 k^{2} =36
k= \sqrt{36}
k=6
