Your answer :-

 = > \frac{x}{2} - \frac{1}{4} = \frac{x}{3} + \frac{1}{2} \\ \\ = > \frac{x}{2} - \frac{x}{3} = \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{4} \\ \\ = > \frac{3x - 2x}{6} = \frac{2 + 1}{4} \\ \\ = > \frac{1x}{6} = \frac{3}{4} \\ \\ = > x = \frac{3}{4} \times 6 \\ \\ = > x = \frac{9}{2} \\ \\ = > x = 4.5

Thanks!!

Heya!

 \frac{x}2 - \frac{1}4 = \frac{x}3 + \frac{1}2 \\ \\<br /><br />\implies \frac{(2x-1)}4 = \frac{(2x+3)}6 \\ \\<br /><br />By \: Cross \: Multiplication, \\ \\<br /><br />\implies 6(2x-1) = 4(2x+3) \\ \\<br /><br />\implies 12x -6 = 8x +12 \\ \\<br /><br />\implies 12x - 8x = 12 + 6 \\ \\<br /><br />\implies 4x = 18 \\ \\<br /><br />\implies x = \frac{18}4 = \frac{9}2 = 4.5 \\ \\<br /><br />Hence, \: the \: value \: of \: x \: is \: 4.5 \: ...................<br />
