lim = sin(2x)+a +b

          x^3           x^2

applying l'Hôpital's theorem

lim = sin(2x)+ax^3+bx    ----------------------equation 1

                 x^3

lim = -4sin(2x)+6a

              6

since lim = 0

lim = -8cos(2x)+6a=0

∴ a = A

         3

From equation 1 we get

lim = 2cos(2x)+3ax^2+b=0

∴b= -2
