For years, Christopher Kelley had dreamed of becoming a mobile restaurateur by launching a food truck that is specialized in barbecue but was hesitant to give up the security of his job at the company where he had worked in maintenance for 14 years. Like many entrepreneurs, Kelley refused to give up on his dream, bought a food truck, outfitted it, and started Bad Newz BBQ as a part-time business, catering local school events, church gatherings, and fundraisers in Huntsville, Alabama. Two (2) months later, Kelley’s employer announced a massive layoff, and his job was eliminated. The layoff prompted him to transform Bad Newz BBQ into a full-time business, and he began marketing his food truck via social and traditional media, even landing a regular spot at a nearby army post. Kelly, who is 43 years old and has lost three (3) jobs over the last 20 years to layoffs, decided it was time to take control of his own destiny by starting a business. He advises other entrepreneurs to believe in their abilities even when others do not and to devote all of their energy into building a successful business.

Answer:
A more important philosophical shift has resulted from the shrinking trend in large corporations. It has brought about a time when "small is beautiful." With their hierarchies and layers of management, major corporations enjoyed a competitive advantage 25 years ago; today, however, the rate of change is quickening, giving the advantage to quick-thinking, agile small businesses. These nimble rivals may move quickly to seize market opportunities, enter and exit specialty markets as they develop and contract, and leverage current technology to produce goods and services that, in the past, would have required years and all the resources a large business could gather. The scales are now shifted in favor of small, innovative businesses.
Explanation:
Success entirely doesn't depend on luck but it sometimes can be a considerable factor. This can be explained as the opportunities that we didn't get because we didn't get noticed like consider 2 musicians Billie and Sarah with same skill set, a music producer looking for fresh talent found Billie online through tik-tok and she got her break but Sarah on the other side is still waiting to be recognized.
Christopher's tale serves as a reminder to everyone that everything is possible if you have the willpower to master a new vocational skill and the appropriate outlook, temperament, and perseverance.
