We know the initial values Given, F=5N=ma Initial value m=m l=l t=t Now new values are l=2l t=2t m=½m Now, F=ma 5=ma 5=m×l/t Now, F=½m×2l/2t F=½(m×l/t) F=½×5 F=2.5N So new value is this

hazelreeva: the correct answer is 20N
sumatisrivastav: okay i vl solve it
MADHANSCTS: if the answer is 20 then the question should be changed
sumatisrivastav: yes i agree with u

F = 5N
F = m×a
F = M × L/T²
length and time are doubled
mass is halved
let the new force = Fₓ
Fₓ = M/2 × 2L/4T²
Fₓ = M × L/4T²
new force(Fₓ) = F/4
Numerical value of new force = 5/4 N
